New Plugin For Private Posts
Private Posts
Today, we are happy to announce the release of the new Private Posts plugin. This plugin will allow users to mark a post as private when posting in a topic. In order to do this, users will have to have permission to ‘create private posts”. After posting a private post, only users with the ‘view private posts’ permission (typically Admins and Moderators) permission and the user who made the private post will be able to view that post. Other users will see a customizable message for the post content instead. This could be particularly useful in support forums where users need to pass private information to an admin without having to leave the topic and create a private message.
So head on over to our downnload page and grab your copy of the Private Post plugin!
